Old Age Home
A Home Where Age Is Honoured, Not Endured
Old age should be a season of rest and respect. For many senior citizens in and around Chittorgarh it is instead a season of loneliness — a spouse gone, children away, no income and no one to call when health fails. Our Old Age Home exists for exactly those elders.
Residents are given a clean bed, three nutritious meals, seasonal clothing, medical attention and, most importantly, company. Mornings begin with yoga and prayer. Afternoons are for rest, conversation and reading. Evenings bring bhajan-satsang and festivals celebrated exactly as they would be in any family home.
There is no fee. What we ask of a resident is only that they let us look after them.
Everything a Family Would Provide — and Then Some
Safe Accommodation
Clean, well-ventilated rooms with proper bedding, fans, safe bathrooms and round-the-clock attendants trained in elder care.
Nutritious Meals
Three home-style vegetarian meals a day plus tea and seasonal fruit, prepared with the dietary needs of diabetic, hypertensive and post-illness residents in mind.
Healthcare & Health Camps
Routine health check-ups, prescribed medicines, help with hospital visits and periodic free health camps in association with visiting doctors and specialists.
Yoga & Meditation
Guided morning yoga, breathing exercises and meditation suited to age and mobility, which keep joints mobile, sleep regular and minds settled.
Bhajan, Satsang & Festivals
Daily prayer, weekly satsang and full celebration of Diwali, Holi, Teej and every festival — because belonging is as important as medicine.
Emotional & Family Support
Someone to talk to, every day. Volunteers, students and visiting families spend time with residents, and counselling is available to those coping with loss or estrangement.

- Elderly persons with disability who need assisted daily living
- Elders referred by the local administration, police or panchayat
How to Apply
Visit us at Sadar Bazar, Chittorgarh, or call 9460476303. Please bring the elder’s Aadhaar card, two photographs and any available medical records. A member of our team will meet the family or referring authority, assess the need and complete admission the same day wherever possible.
You Can Support an Elder Today
Sponsor a Day's Meals
Fund breakfast, lunch and dinner for every resident for one full day — often given in memory of a parent or on a birthday or anniversary.
Sponsor a Resident
Cover the monthly or annual cost of one elder's food, medicines, clothing and care. We will keep you updated on their wellbeing.
Donate Medicines & Supplies
Contribute medicines, walking sticks, walkers, wheelchairs, bedding, blankets, mattresses or hygiene supplies.
Volunteer Your Time
Spend an afternoon here. Read aloud, help with a health camp, teach, sing, or simply sit and listen. Time is the gift our residents value most.

Every contribution to our Old Age Home goes to meals, medicines and care — and is eligible for 50% tax deduction under 80G.
