Orphan Home
Every Child Deserves a Roof, a Meal and a Future
A child who loses parents loses far more than a family. They lose school, safety, routine, medical care and the simple confidence that someone is coming back for them. Our Orphan Home was created to restore all of it.
Children in our care live in a family-style setting rather than an institution. They go to school every day, eat three balanced meals, see a doctor when they are unwell, celebrate their birthdays, and grow up among adults who know their names, their marks and their moods.
Our goal is not to keep children — it is to prepare them. Every child here is being raised towards an education, a livelihood and an independent adult life.
A Complete Childhood, Not Just a Shelter
Residential Care
A safe, clean, supervised home with proper beds, clothing, hygiene facilities and caregivers who stay — so children experience consistency, not a revolving door of strangers.
Free Education
School admission, fees, uniforms, books, stationery and daily supervised study time, with extra coaching for children who joined us behind their age group.
Nutrition
Three balanced meals plus milk and seasonal fruit every day, with special attention to children who arrive malnourished or anaemic.
Healthcare
Regular check-ups, immunisation, treatment of illness, dental and eye care, and immediate hospital support when required.
Emotional Support & Counselling
Grief, abandonment and trauma are handled patiently, with counselling, mentoring and the everyday reassurance of stable adults who listen.
Skills & Career Guidance
Computer literacy, spoken English, life skills, sports and cultural activity — and, for older children, career counselling and vocational training.
Three Pillars of Raising a Child Well
We measure ourselves not by how many children we house, but by how they turn out.
Care
Stability first. Regular routine, familiar caregivers, personal belongings of their own, and the freedom to be a child — to play, to be noisy, to be comforted.
Education
School attendance is non-negotiable. Every child is enrolled, supported with daily study hours, and pushed as far as their ability and interest will take them.
Independence
From age-appropriate self-care to vocational skills and career guidance, children are prepared to leave us able to earn, decide and live on their own terms.
Child Protection & Safety
The children in our care are protected by clear rules, not good intentions alone. Our safeguarding practice includes:
- Supervised premises with restricted, recorded visitor access
- No child is photographed or identified publicly without proper consent
- Female caregivers and staff for girls; separate, secure sleeping areas
- Admissions handled in coordination with the local administration and, where applicable, the Child Welfare Committee
- Health, education and attendance records maintained for every child
- Any visitor or volunteer interaction with children happens in the presence of staff
